Carolina Crisps are made from Carolina Gold rice — a historic heirloom variety grown right here in South Carolina. Each grain is puffed with heat and pressure, then seasoned carefully to let the rice take center stage. Simple ingredients, real flavor.
Carolina Gold is an heirloom rice variety with roots going back to the 1600s Lowcountry. It nearly disappeared from the earth in the 20th century, but a dedicated revival movement brought it back. Made in South Carolina, from South Carolina grain. We source our Carolina Gold rice from Lowcountry farmers and produce our crisps right here in the state.
We currently offer six flavors: White Cheddar, Cheddar Cheese, Barbecue, Salted, Plain, and Ranch. See them all in the shop.
Our crisps are made with puffed rice and are naturally gluten-free. However, they are produced in a facility that may handle other allergens. Always check the ingredient list on your specific bag for the most current allergen information.
Yes — our Plain, Salted, and Barbecue flavors contain no animal-derived ingredients. Our White Cheddar and Cheddar Cheese flavors contain dairy. Check the ingredient accordion on each product page for the full list.
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Once opened, roll the bag tightly and finish within a few days for best crunch. They don't last long anyway — trust us.

Orders & Shipping

We currently ship within the contiguous United States. We're working on expanding — stay tuned.
Orders typically ship within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery takes 3–5 business days after shipment. You'll receive a tracking link by email once your order ships.
Once your order ships, you'll get a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also track your order here using your order number and email address.
We process orders quickly, but if you need to make a change, contact us as soon as possible. We'll do our best to help before your order ships.

Returns & Refunds

Because our products are perishable food items, we are unable to accept returns. If there's an issue with your order — damaged, incorrect, or missing items — please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll resolve it.
Refunds are handled case by case. If you're not satisfied with your order for any reason, get in touch and we'll work with you to find a resolution.
